Detached house located at the front of a small private gated apartment complex. It has been designed externally in strict Mykonian style and internally with modern fixtures and fittings, plus air conditioning. There is a large terrace with Pergola at the rear of the house with a direct view to the lovely pool.

Ornos Beach is a distance of only a 1 minute walk or 100 metres along the road at the front of the house. Ornos Village is about 5 minutes walk.
All Mykonian blue colours painted on windows, shutters and ceiling. All windows have shutters and most contain a mosquito pull down screen panel if required.
External Terraces
There are 3 ground floor external Terraces with Pergolas totalling 80 m²:
- A Breakfast terrace Pergola – At the back of the house is a large terrace facing East towards the pool. A large Pergola has protective sun protective canvas. The view is to the pool. There are two loungers and a large oak table. Other loungers are available around the pool.
- A Dinner terrace – At the front of the house is a large terrace with Mykonian seating and large Pergola with sun protective canvas. There are two tables and cushioning for the seating.
- A Cocktail terrace Pergola – watch the sun go down – By the front door is a small terrace overlooking open fields and hillsides to the West.

Interior
The living room is open plan with steps to a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with quality kitchen appliances and cupboard units. There are two bedrooms; the Master bedroom is independent with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom is built on an open plan Mezzanine over looking the living room. Two bathrooms are equipped in modern style.
Beds
Sleeping arrangements consist of:
- A double king size bed in the bedroom with small en-suite.
- Two single beds on the mezzanine, this has one open sided balcony overlooking the living room
- A bed settee in the Living Room which converts to a double bed

Accessibility
The bedroom and living room are easily accessed through external doors at ground/terrace level. The kitchen and main bathroom are lower than the rest of the apartment as there are three steps. The second bedroom is on a mezzanine floor. Please note that the mezzanine is unsuitable for children under 5 years of age.
Baby facilities: Babies welcome. Portable Cot with mattress, Portable Highchair. Please provide notice as the cleaner needs to place this in the living room.
Complementary: This is a self catering apartment but some complementary things will be included such as Tea bags (English) and toilet rolls. Bed linen and towels are set out by by the cleaner and specified for the numbers of people specified in your booking.
